কভার লেটার লেখার নিয়ম, নমুনা বা ফরমেট

কোনো প্রতিষ্ঠানে আবেদন করার জন্য কভার লেটার (Cover Letter) লিখতে হয়। বিশেষ করে চাকরির আবেদন করতে হলে সিভির সাথে কভার লেটার দিতে হয়। কভার লেটার এক ধরনের দরখাস্ত বা ফরমাল চিঠি। কভার লেটার লিখার সময় যা অবশ্যই দিতে হবে তা হলো- তারিখ, কাকে লিখছেন তার পদবি, প্রতিষ্ঠান বা কোম্পানির নাম, ঠিকানা, বিষয়, কোথায় থেকে চাকরির বিজ্ঞপ্তি পেয়েছি তার সোর্স, নিজের যোগ্যতা বা অভিজ্ঞতা সংক্ষিপ্ত আকারে, আবেদনের সাথে কি কি কাগজপত্র সংযুক্ত আছে ইত্যাদি উল্লেখ করা। কভার লেটার লিখার নমুনা থাকলে আমরা সহজেই তা থেকে নিজের প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তন করে সাজিয়ে নিতে পারবো। তাই আমরা এখন দেখবো কিছু কভার লেটারের ফরমেট-

CV Format BD start from  File Name: First, select the file name CV_Name_Designation_Years Of Experience_Top Academic Qualification. It is better to write on the left side of the CV.
