I had paid for resume display service…

I had paid for resume display service on 28/2/23 it's more than 4 workings day on today the 7th march 23, their team member Anupreet proudly informs tmrow is holi holiday, I don't see why your service wasn't activated, let me check on 9th march whatever I can do. I have emailed their customer support for grievance, but no effect except for fantastic sounding words. Such hopeless turn around times given by their paid service portal. Here the customer has to run behind them and remind them to start service

Waste of money I use to be called daily…

Waste of money I use to be called daily to get convinced to take the service I paid close to 6500 for resume writing priority application etc. I was told my current resume is not compatible with ATS however even after getting my resume written from Naukri the compatibility was 61%. not a single SMS sent to me no calls no relevant jobs were shared. they will take the money send you couple of emails initially to rate them and done one cares what happens after that. please DO NOT waste your money on Naukri services

Fraud services and misleading staff

After my review got posted here, i received a call from Mr.Hari Mahal to withdraw my review and give a five-star rating. This is really annoying and also my evidence regarding gradeless service of Naukri paid service. It's been really long and I have not got any relevant openings. Worst of the worst services. Requesting all to kindly beware before paying a single rupee to such fraudsters as their tone changes after they receive the amount in their account and services decline and cheating starts. Please do not apply for this paid services. All fake UI.

Worst ever services

Worst ever services. They are seeking money only. No service after payment. No matter if it's for company or employment service. I have tried both services for employers service to have resumes and job board posting. Also as a job seeker service in payment. They will call you twice or thrice in a day until sales close but after the payment escalation they never listen or call while even paid service you bought.

They started masking/hiding candidates email…

They started masking candidates email and contact information citing "Privacy concern". This is not mentioned in anywhere in the website. Customer service response was that we dont have to mention anything in the website and we can do what we want. As a paid customer, masking/hiding the contact details of applied candidates contact details without mentioning anywhere in the website is a scam. And they have conveniently placed " refresh" button to make you think that it is reload of the page and once you click it any unused classified purchases will be consumed and cannot be claimed. These hidden and tricky behavior shows the insecurity of the Naukri and will lead to their downfall.

I got service of 6months for showing CV…

I got service of 6months for showing CV on top list but I realised after 4 months. There is no use of this service. Notification received other profile. They make too frequent calls and whenever you returns their calls it won't be successful. Their payment method is not tenable. They should improve on it.

Low quality.. go for Indeed or Linkedin

I have posted paid advertisement for a very Generic Marketing Role. Experience required is 2 years. the number of applicants received even after 20 days is just one !! . I have posted this job in a tier two city. Marketing roles are one of the common roles that gets published everywhere. i have complained to naukri about the low perfomance and they say Job Posting is an open platform, hence applies depend upon job seekers interest. I have received much higher applicants when i post it on free job boards online

Worst Job Site Naukri.com, rely on Linkedn

It's been almost a month since I opted for the subscription and zero phone calls from recruiters or an company. The person who sold the service was supposed to call me right after 20 mins when I signed in for subscription to help me with resume making and provide more details, right after the money was deducted no one called me. I requested a call back and received a call, they had to say it's the sales team you reached and you need you need to reach out on 1-800 number.

I have taken a plan from Naukri.com after sending money I did not get a positive response.I have called customer care so many times but no positive response .So I can suggest please improve the services.Atleast deliver the service which you are committing to customer.In January I am looking a good plan with a good company

As I enrolled on the service expecting I would get a call from the recruiters and it would be easy for my job search as my leg is fractured I thought it would be convenient to find a job through Naukri. However, nothing much happens. I was unemployed for 6 months and purchased your subscription after Niraj a sales executive explained about the same. However, the result is very poor and I would like to cancel my subscription. Please refund my entire money if not I will be moving legally.

Money making monster.

Here is a company more concerned with getting money from people even in hard times, #CORANAVIRUS. They are a bunch of people, whose success has gone in their heads and now think themselves to above everyone else. When they want a client, they will do anything and everything and go to any limit, but once the account is opened then there is no support. I would support other companies and make them more relevant, so some lessons in humility are learned. Advice: look for other options, at far better rates and better service.

worst provider as compare to indeed.com. I posted one job at a cost of 1920 Rs/- and experience level was 1.5 to 2 year. All i had received was bunch of freshers and their system was showing high relevancy to those applicants. Really dont buy any of their products stay away from this company. Third class provider.

I tried premium and am now stuck with Naukri spam

I tried the paid service and it generated lots of low value and irrelevant candidates. The big problem was that they you put you on their email marketing spam lists without any way to unsubscribe. I have tried 10+ times to unsubscribe and they keep emailing me. Unprofessional and not on these days Naukri! Stay away.

Worst ever services

Worst ever services. They are seeking money only. No service after payment. No matter if it's for company or employment service. I have tried both services for employers service to have resumes and job board posting. Also as a job seeker service in payment. They will call you twice or thrice in a day until sales close but after the payment escalation they never listen or call while even paid service you bought.

They started masking/hiding candidates email…

They started masking candidates email and contact information citing "Privacy concern". This is not mentioned in anywhere in the website. Customer service response was that we dont have to mention anything in the website and we can do what we want. As a paid customer, masking/hiding the contact details of applied candidates contact details without mentioning anywhere in the website is a scam. And they have conveniently placed " refresh" button to make you think that it is reload of the page and once you click it any unused classified purchases will be consumed and cannot be claimed. These hidden and tricky behavior shows the insecurity of the Naukri and will lead to their downfall.

I got service of 6months for showing CV…

I got service of 6months for showing CV on top list but I realised after 4 months. There is no use of this service. Notification received other profile. I have spent time for applying lot of jobs but no response. 3rd class service. I think they have created fake group where resume status changed but no further step updated. My contact 9467896133

I have posted paid advertisement for a very Generic Marketing Role. Experience required is 2 years. the number of applicants received even after 20 days is just one !! . I have posted this job in a tier two city. Marketing roles are one of the common roles that gets published everywhere. i have complained to naukri about the low perfomance and they say Job Posting is an open platform, hence applies depend upon job seekers interest. I have received much higher applicants when i post it on free job boards online

Worst Job Site Naukri.com, rely on Linkedn

It's been almost a month since I opted for the subscription and zero phone calls from recruiters or an company. The person who sold the service was supposed to call me right after 20 mins when I signed in for subscription to help me with resume making and provide more details, right after the money was deducted no one called me. I requested a call back and received a call, they had to say it's the sales team you reached and you need you need to reach out on 1-800 number.

As I enrolled on the service expecting I would get a call from the recruiters and it would be easy for my job search as my leg is fractured I thought it would be convenient to find a job through Naukri. However, nothing much happens. I was unemployed for 6 months and purchased your subscription after Niraj a sales executive explained about the same. However, the result is very poor and I would like to cancel my subscription. Please refund my entire money if not I will be moving legally.

Money making monster.

Here is a company more concerned with getting money from people even in hard times, #CORANAVIRUS. They are a bunch of people, whose success has gone in their heads and now think themselves to above everyone else. When they want a client, they will do anything and everything and go to any limit, but once the account is opened then there is no support. I would support other companies and make them more relevant, so some lessons in humility are learned. Advice: look for other options, at far better rates and better service.

worst provider as compare to indeed.com. I posted one job at a cost of 1920 Rs/- and experience level was 1.5 to 2 year. All i had received was bunch of freshers and their system was showing high relevancy to those applicants. Really dont buy any of their products stay away from this company. Third class provider.

I tried premium and am now stuck with Naukri spam

I tried the paid service and it generated lots of low value and irrelevant candidates. The big problem was that they you put you on their email marketing spam lists without any way to unsubscribe. I have tried 10+ times to unsubscribe and they keep emailing me. Unprofessional and not on these days Naukri! Stay away.

On a friends recommendation I availed naukris resume writing service.After waiting for almost 10 days finally the writer called me and after a discussion sent me a CV and I was impressed by the CV shared since it was really worth the wait.
