One of my most favorite Chinese drama that I’ve watched. I’d recommend anyone who’s looking for a sweet, short and funny drama to watch ‘Accidentally in Love’. Chen Qing Qing  is a rich girl who is tired of her lifestyle. So she runs away from her home and enrolls in school with fake identity to live her life on her terms. There she meets a student who is a very popular singer,  Si Tu Fang . After a series of conflicts between them, they eventually start having feelings for each other.

His assistant, daughter of a Police inspector develops emotional attachment towards him.  The drama continues as she tries to bring some emotional clarity in his mind. There is always a huge expectation for a crime drama and this drama series will definitely not disappoint you at all.

She gets a scholarship at a prestigious school for the wealthy. There she finds that the whole school is feared by four notorious rich boys called F4, who like to bully other kids in the school. Shan Cai’s days at school were bad as she couldn’t get well with other students of higher status but later becomes worse when she becomes the new bullying target of the F4. ‘Meteor Garden’ is one of the classic Chinese dramas with a big fan following. The drama shows everything, it has comedy, it has friendship, romance, drama, and youthful energy.

22. Battle of Changsha

Though there were bloodshed all-around little moments of happiness gave the people strength to bear the hardship.  The acting, storyline, and characters make the drama feel so real. It also shows the  rich Chinese heritage  and culture that makes it a treat for eyes.

• Logline:  Cong tries her best to suppress the truth, but how far will she be able to hide the inevitable.

Are you looking for some sweet, short, and light-hearted romance to put you in a good mood? My Little Happiness is the show for you. It offers exactly what the title says. It is a fun-to-watch-show and doesn’t take much stress on your brain; therefore, I suggest you must give this one a try. 

Cong Rong  is an ambitious girl in her early twenties. Her dreams of becoming a law practitioner are burned to ashes when her mother insists she studies business abroad. 

Cong accepts her mother’s proposal but secretly returns back to her hometown to practice law.

Xiao Xi remains committed to making Jiang Chen hers, which she ultimately succeeds in doing. As they get older, the couple along with their friends tries to find happiness in every situation.

25. Princess Agent

The story starts in the Northern Wei Province which is devastated by conflicts. In the middle of all of this is  Chu Qiao , a slave girl who is saved by the Prince of Northern Yan,  Yan Xun . They both form a strong bond together. But later as her life takes a different turn, she meets  Yu Wen Yue  who decides to teach her to be a warrior. As the story progresses Chu Qiao has to decide where her loyalties lie, as both the men mean so much in her life.

26. Perfect and Casual

The drama consists of 24 episodes, and I completed this in just two days. If romance and comedy are all that you seek to enjoy, Perfect and casual is the drama for you because it definitely worked for me.

The story centers around an accidental couple who ends up in a marriage contract.  Zhang Si Nian  is a cold and strict personality who works as a professor. On the other hand,  Yun Shu  is a cheerful girl who is a student at the same University where Zhang Si teaches.

After their first cold encounter, they get caught up in a series of mishappenings that leads them to live as a couple. The drama then explores their struggles of living together while hiding their relationship from the world and their feelings from each other.

27. Le Coup de Foudre

• Logline:  Real-life story of two lovers who meet after 4 long years of separation.

To thank her, Feng Teng decides to buy her lunch every day. This small gesture brings both of them closer and ultimately they fall in love.

If shows like Untamed weren’t enough to feed your love for Chinese BL dramas , you might need to watch this BL masterpiece. At first, I was skeptical about the show, but it exceeded the limits of my expectations. Realistic same-sex relationships, intriguing political scenarios, hardcore sword fighting, and mesmerizing chemistry between the main leads bring this show to life on screen.  

Zhou Zhu,  a prominent assassin, decides to quit his organization and live his life in peace. Quitting is never easy when you hold a top position in an organization, and therefore, Zhou had to endure drastic methods to leave. After leaving, he roams around like a homeless drunk until he meets  Wen Kexing,  who is on a pursuit to avenge the death of his parents. Both hunt for their redemption and, in the process, become soulmates.

31. Legend of Fu Yao

• Logline:  The story revolves around Fu Yao, a woman cursed by birth on a journey to change her destiny.

After suffering through a lot of tragedies, she is saved by the  Prince Zhang Sun Wu Ji.   Together they decide to go a journey to find the origin of Fu Yao birth and to dispel the curse that is imposed on her.

32. Skate Into Love

• Logline:  A surprising event brings back flashbacks from a hidden resentment. 
• Genre:  Sports, Romance

While most college dramas focus on the same melodramatic fluff, Skate into Love beautifully incorporates the sports genre into the scene to present a unique concept for drama viewers. I was fascinated to see how this show manages to keep the romantic chemistry intact while bringing out an inspirational story of the athletes. 

During their elementary school,  Tang Xue  used to bully her teammate  Li Yu.  Little did she know that her naive and timid teammate would rise to become a prominent ice hockey player in University. When both meet after years in University, Tang Xue decides to avenge his school days by making Li Yu his assistant.

• Logline:  Rise of a concubine-born from being rejected and mistreated to gaining a prominent place in the kingdom.

Adapted from the novel  Do you know? Do you know? If the green is still plump and the red still lean?  by  Guanxin Zeluan  this Chinese Drama sets its plot in the Northern Song Dynasty. A journey of a concubine born, Ming Lan, a talented and capable girl who is deprived and mistreated in the kingdom. She seeks revenge for the death of her biological mother by hiding her skills and joining hands with Gu Ting Ye, the 2nd son of the Gu Family who is treated the same in his family. If you are impressed by the ‘rise from the ashes’ type of stories then you’ll definitely have a great time in this 73 episodes long watch.

34. Fighter of the Destiny

• Logline:  Abandoned by his own family due to a mortal disease in his childhood, Chen Chang Sheng set out to find a cure for himself.

When this Chinese Drama aired in 2017, it became the most-watched Chinese series ever at that time with over  27 Billion views  across all platforms. In reality, he is the fourth Prince of a Kingdom and there lies a great mystery of his abandonment. To find a cure he decides to move in the main capital where a lot of surprises wait for him.

The show is surely not a typical C Drama it does have a taste of western cinema but all in all, it is filled with  exciting tennis matches  with numerous  life lessons  about finding one’s identity in the real world and the value of friendship.

It is a tragic story of a TV series scriptwriter named  Chen Xiao Qian  who gets trapped inside her own script. Inside her own story, she becomes the Third princess  Chen Qian Qian,  a side character who is penned to die in just the third episode. Knowing the story, Chen Xiao tries her best to survive as princess Chen Qian. As the story unfolds, many other episodes require her to use this knowledge to stay and find a way back to the real world.

The characters are at it best, the fight scenes are a treat for eyes and most importantly if you like twists and turns, this is the show for you.

In true honesty, I’d say Chinese dramas are really good and some of them are definitely among the best in whole of Asia. But generally speaking, I find them predictable most of the time. I’ll suggest that they should explore other genre too and not just romance and ancient fantasy.

Crunchyroll is heavy on anime, but light on dramas in Chinese. You can be certain about the content having English subs, though. There are also some movies from China and Singapore. The site is updated frequently, so check back often.

This is a website primarily geared towards anime. But they’ve decided to include more than just anime and manga, offering a wide range of movies and dramas from across East Asia.

Since it’s more of a premium service, most content on the site is subtitled in English. There are several shows from Chinese-speaking countries like China and Singapore, though the selection is more limited.

Another observation is that many of the shows offered in Chinese have a gritty edge, with less fluffier offerings than their Japanese and Korean counterparts.

That limited selection might be a con if you’re not interested in the shows offered, but thankfully, the shows that are carried on this site are often updated.

Crunchyroll offers free content, like YouTube. But also like YouTube, there are ads that may hinder your viewing experience. For higher-quality video and an ad-free experience, a subscription can be purchased after a free trial.

Viki is one of the best sites for watching Chinese-language dramas and other media in the language. This site has a lot to offer for all tastes. If you don’t mind the typical ads and waiting for subtitles on certain shows, then you’re good to go.

Viki caters almost exclusively to fans of TV series and movies from East Asia. But it’s a lot more than that. You can also find Bollywood films, telenovelas, anime and much, much more. The international appeal is outstanding.

There are hundreds of shows and movies from China and Taiwan.  On the pages specific to countries and the main page, which are akin to Netflix’s “Trending” section, it’s easy to find great shows based on what’s currently popular.

One of the highest-rated series from China on the site currently is a historical drama called “Legend of Fuyao,” starring actress Yang Mi.

If more modern drama is your thing, another recent popular series is an idol drama starring popular singer and actor Lu Han called “Sweet Combat,”  also from China.

The only con would be that s ubtitles on the site are community-sourced , and sometimes new episodes might be added before subtitles are. But depending on your preferences and learning level, that could be a good thing, especially if you’re an advanced Mandarin learner.

Back to the website. Viki also offers the all-too-common “improved quality if you get a subscription” deal. Depending on your tastes, this may or may not be worth it.

5. 土豆网  (Tǔ Dòu Wǎng) Tudou TV

Tudou is a video sharing site, and can be compared to YouTube, though most of the videos on Tudou will be significantly longer. You can find all sorts of video categories from full-length movies to clips on sports and fashion.

You may have to browse through several choices to find videos with Chinese subtitles, but there are plenty of options available for the same title, allowing you to choose from the best quality and experience.

6. 优酷  (Yōu Kù) Youku TV

As Tudou TV and Youku TV have recently merged into one company, you may find similarities between the two. However, at this point in time, they are different enough that it’s worth searching on both. Both websites use  soku  as their search engine for videos.

Another excellent search engine for Chinese dramas online is QQ TV.  QQ Player  is also available for download, which can make the process easier. You may find that watching the videos at certain off hours (according to the Chinese Standard Time) with less traffic will help with loading issues.

8. 搜狐  ( Sōuhú)  SoHu TV

If all the other search engines fail you, you can also try SoHu TV. It is a very similar layout to the other websites and it’s also available in a  convenient app form .

Dramas help you gain better listening skills . Many people acknowledge that when you don’t hear a spoken language often, you have a tendency to forget what you know.

In addition, repetition of words and phrases found in drama dialogue can make those words and phrases stay in your mind.

For the most part, these shows are built almost entirely around conversations, so you frequently find yourself hearing everyday phrases  that are well worth memorizing and remain effective to use.

In recent years Chinese TV dramas have won lots of media attentions and gradually obtained lots of favors in the world. Chinese TV series are similar to TV plays in the USA, but are often longer, and tell a story with complicated plots. Before Squid Game rocketed to No. 1 in 94 countries, with 142 million viewers and over 3 billion minutes watched , Story of Yanxi Palace was in 70 countries with 700 million viewers in a single day, reaching more than 15 billion views and becoming Google's most searched show in 2018 , even though Google isn’t available in China.

Yet most Americans have never heard of it.

Propelled by Netflix’s push for global dominance, Americans are discovering a taste for international content. A whopping 97 percent of US Netflix subscribers watched non-English content last year. Interest in Korean dramas has doubled in the past two years , while anime increased 50 percent from 2019 to 2020 .  With Asia accounting for more than half of Netflix’s new subscriber base, expect more hits from South Korea and Japan.

But what about the second-largest entertainment creator from a market where Netflix doesn’t operate?

Kuek Yu-Chuang, VP of International Business at iQiyi , China’s largest streaming platform, believes so. “Global demand signals became clear in 2018 with Yanxi , and sampling continues to grow.” In the last two years, more than half of US respondents tried Chinese shows per iQiyi’s recent survey. Monthly active users, viewing time, and Chinese content video views doubled in North America this year, according to statistics that iQiyi shared with WIRED.

“Chinese shows haven’t gotten the awareness or recommendation from Netflix’s 214 million members globally, which is why we haven’t seen the same breakout as with Korean or Japanese content,” says Julia Alexander, senior strategy analyst at Parrot Analytics.

Larry Namer, founder of E! Entertainment TV Networks and president of Metan Global Entertainment, expects China to have more global hits. “In some ways, there’s more room to take risks in China than in the US, despite the government. You’re restricted in some shows, but it’s wide open in others.”

For this list, WIRED drew from US and Chinese reviews and input from Chinese television creators and marketers: Ting Chen, screenwriter; Zijin Chen, author and screenwriter; Frank Jiang, CEO of Shanghai Yingyuan Culture & Technology; Jun Ni, screenwriter and associate professor of Film and Television, The Central Academy of Drama ; Rui Ma, CMO of New Studios Media Co; and Dai Ying, SVP and GM of Original Drama Division at iQiyi.

Recommendations are split: 60 percent modern, 15 percent period (1900-1990), and 25 percent historical dramas, based on the 2020 breakdown of 415 scripted web and TV C-dramas [LT3]. Our recommendations cover each genre and include individual, family, and societal stories, and we focused on shows that are available to audiences in the United States and Europe.

Without further ado, here is a C-drama Watch List of the most recommended shows from the past nine years.

Nirvana in Fire 琅琊榜

This is a must-see. Subversive wuxia (ancient martial arts story) with a physically frail lead who has lost his martial arts ability. It's set in sixth-century China, and Mei Chang Su, a brilliant strategist, secretly helps Prince Jing, the unlikeliest son, battle for the throne to clear his family’s name. This is based on a novel by Hai Yan—one of China’s most popular authors—that isn’t widely available in English, like many of the source novels on this list. “The quintessential C-drama about honor, courage, and sacrifice,” says iQiyi’s Dai Ying, “that remains the second-highest-rated C-drama.” “Visually beautiful. Epic yet personal story about how we live, how we die, and what’s important,” says Liv Fowler, a writer and fan of the series.

The Longest Day in Chang’an 长安二四时辰

A political action thriller set in Chang’an, the Tang dynasty capital, and based on a book by China’s top modern novelist, Boyong Ma. Zhang Xiaojing and Li Bi work to prevent a terrorist attack on Chang’an in 24 hours. You can expect movie-level production values. “The story has James Bond-like plot twists and double-dealings combined with a morality play that appeals to Trekkies,” says Michael Martinez, a super moderator of the SF-Fandom Forums .

Joy of Life 庆余年

This is a clever one. Joy of Life is a sci-fi, historical martial arts drama that explores technology’s two-sided impact on society. It starts out funny (but not over the top) and shifts into drama after episode 13. It's based on Mao Ni’s novel. Zhang Qin, a current college student, is reborn as Fan Xian in Southern Chin, retaining his knowledge and modern outlook of living for today. As the Minister of Revenue’s adopted son, Fan Xian must survive consistent assassination attempts as he avoids taking over the family business: Overseer of the Royal Treasury.

In the Name of the People 人民的名义

Interested in politics or the inner workings of Chinese politics, in particular? Sometimes called China’s House of Cards minus the production values and budget, this series is based on Meisen Zhou’s web novel. In it, Liangping Hou hunts down corrupt government officials as internal party factions struggle for power. The series was so popular it broke 10-year domestic drama records .

The Long Night 沉默的真相 and The Bad Kids 隐秘的角落

If psychological crime focused on current issues is your cup of tea, check out two of the highest-rated suspense dramas by China’s top crime suspense writer, Zijin Chen.

A body dumped at a busy subway station leads to an old case and a seven-year search for justice in The Long Night . After accidentally filming a murder, three troubled teens blackmail the murderer for cash in The Bad Kids . The latter highlights the issue of children left to raise themselves.

A Little Reunion 小欢喜

A charmer that’ll make you laugh and cry. This one is based on Yin Gong Lu’s work, and we follow three families with high schoolers preparing to take the gaokao, China’s grueling college entrance exams. This series explores education, parental expectations, and mental health and features a well-rounded cast with nuanced performances. “This story’s for anyone who’s a parent or been a teen,” says Frank Jiang. “[It] covers the love, conflicts, anxieties, and joys between parents and teens.”

With You 最好的我们

With You is a sweet, funny coming-of-age drama adapted from Ba Yue Chang An’s book. Watch flawed leads Geng Geng, an awkward student, her seatmate, Yu Huai, a top student, and their crew grow in high school and beyond. Well-rounded characters deal with realistic issues, and the drama is a critical and audience favorite, despite its rushed ending. “At heart, this is a story about how we gradually, inch by inch, find the best of who we are, no matter our challenges,” says Frank Jiang.

Tientsin Mystic 河神

This series has it all: a river god/mystic detective, a shaman, a forensic scientist, and zombies. It’s an unusual historical-mystery-horror-fantasy show with Chinese folklore set in 1920s Tianjin. It's based on best-selling author Bachang Tianxia’s work. Guo Deyou, who recovers corpses from the local river, teams up with friends to solve a murder case, leading to both another case that’s 20 years old and a cult. For fans, the episode recaps are in traditional Chinese story-telling style 说书, and the series features great special effects and has earned directing awards, despite its web drama budget.

All Is Well 都挺好

Love-hate your family? All Is Well is based on the novel by Ah Nai. The Su family struggles to cope with their father and deal with each other after their mother’s death. The series explores gender discrimination, parental caretaking, and what it means to be a family. It has also sparked heated discussions about female expectations and familial abuse. “This set a new bar for all future family dramas in every aspect. And it highlights real social issues, creating ongoing discussions,” says Jun Ni.

The Untamed 陈情令

The Untamed is a Xianxia (immortal hero Chinese fantasy) romance-mystery that’s a global phenomenon. Based on Mo Xiang Tong Xiu’s novel , the series features well-rounded characters and a nonlinear plot with lots of subtext. “Romantic with a capital R that’s rare to find in other media,” says Natasha Simonova, a fan of the series and teaching fellow at Oxford. Fans are so enthusiastic about recommending the show that it’s been called “The Untamed Pyramid Scheme.” Wei Wu Xian is resurrected 16 years after his death. He and his soulmate cultivator, Lan Wang Ji, solve different mysteries, including who’s responsible for Wu Xian’s original demise. Justice, loyalty, sacrifice, and most of all a slow burn, this love story has women and men squealing.

Someday or One Day 想见你

This Taiwanese series blends time travel, romance, and mystery and manages to be smart, whimsical, and poignant. Twenty-seven-year-old Huang Yu-Hsuan still misses her boyfriend Wang Quan-Sheng, who disappeared two years ago. One day, she wakes up in the hospital with Quan-Sheng but is trapped in 17-year-old Yun-Ru’s body. And it turns out Quan-Sheng isn’t her boyfriend but is instead Zi-Wei, Yun-Ru’s classmate. Can she save Yun-Ru? Will love endure? “A simple story that engages viewers’ minds,” says Rui Ma. “Strikes just the right balance between realism and fantasy, which is hard.”

Minning Town 山海情

An unflinching story about impoverished villagers in Xihaigu (one of the poorest and driest areas in China) and their fight for survival. We follow Ma Defu as he tries to convince the village to grow mushrooms, find a market, develop a water solution, secure investment, and find other employment for the villagers. The series features a tight story and a well-rounded cast. “Creative storytelling using a web novel, RPG (role-playing game) structure for serious, historical content,” says Rui Ma, “creates an unexpected, runaway hit for young, urban audiences.”

Nothing But Thirty 三十而已

This series is a female-focused drama set in Shanghai that looks at who we are and who we want to become as we transition from our twenties to our thirties. Wang Manni is single and about to become “leftover” (a Chinese term used for unmarried women after 28-30.) Zhong Xiaoqin’s “perfect” marriage gets destroyed, and Gu Jia’s upper-middle-class life as a stay-at-home mom is no fairy tale. “The show’s success significantly increased the number of female-driven stories being made,” says Jun Ni.

Story of Yanxi Palace 延禧攻略

This incredible series is a modern Cinderella rags-to-riches story set in the Qing era, with a strong female lead who’s not waiting on her prince. Wei Yingluo enters the palace as a maid to avenge her sister’s death. Through her scheming and ruthlessness, she rises to the level of imperial concubine. Yingluo’s struggle to survive in the palace resonated with viewers navigating today’s cut-throat, male-dominated workplace. Luscious and authentic visuals.

Love Between Fairy and Devil

Synopsis: The leader of a demon army called the Moon Tribe, Dōngfāng Qīngcāng 东方青苍 is locked up in a tower for thousands of years after an ancient battle. One day, a young woman named Xiǎolánhuā 小兰花, who is reborn as a fairy after her kingdom is defeated by Dongfang Qingchang, accidentally releases the prisoner.

When Dongfang Qingchang sets out to break his curse by sacrificing his saver’s soul and unleashes chaos again, some bizarre magic appears to have taken place and make the pair switch bodies. But as they search for a way to undo the spell, love begins to blossom.

Overview: Love Between Fairy and Devil isn’t entirely free from the clichés of Chinese fantasy romances, but it also works hard to subvert expectations and reinvent what’s possible for the genre.

When it comes to characters, the series made an unusual decision to make an arrogant, ruthless, and sometimes downright despicable ruler as its protagonist. Dongfang Qingchang is the definition of an anti-hero, and his devilish charm immediately caught the attention of viewers when the series aired in China in the summer, resulting in a plethora of memes about his possessive behavior toward his romantic interest and his sheer apathy about everything but her.

Synopsis: In the fictional city of Taiping, a spate of strange deaths occurs over the course of a week. Eerie and full of suspense, these incidents are woven in the memories of Wú Yuènǚ 吴月女, a nearly dead woman whose life is marked by a series of unfortunate events.

Overview: Twisted Strings is a thriller-comedy executive-produced by Taiwanese art house filmmaker Hou Hsiao-Hsien (侯孝賢 Hóu Xiàoxián), ​​who is best known for his slow-paced realist works about everyday people, notably Taipei Story and The Puppetmaster . Twisted Strings was written and directed by Huáng Xī 黃熙, whose directorial debut, Missing Johnny , earned her a nomination of Best New Director at the 2017 Golden Horse Awards.

Overview: While Light the Night opens with the discovery of an unidentified corpse, the series is not a murder mystery at heart. The greatest feature of this soapy drama, now in its third season after premiering on Netflix in November 2021, is its rich ensemble of characters. Through a total of 24 episodes so far, the program tracks the hostesses’ intertwined relationships and the unique struggles they face individually, inside and outside the club. Wen Nuan has a great job in the UK. But when she finds out that her once boyfriend needs help with his app, she gives up everything. It did raise some questions, however, when it turns out that behind her decisions is love, we can forgive her.

Will they be able to end up living happily ever after?

Here to Heart is a touching romance C-drama everyone will love because it speaks to everyone.

One of the most popular streaming platforms, iQIYI, has some much-anticipated Chinese dramas lined up for fans that will come out in the coming months. Fans will thus be able to experience a wide range of genres, including romance, comedy, thriller, and fantasy. The article below lists some of the upcoming Chinese dramas on the platform.

A Moment But Forever

An adaptation of Shi Si Lang’s novel Unparalleled in the World, the series follows the story of Wu Shuang (Tiffany Tang), a goddess who comes down to Earth to retrieve a heavenly treasure called God’s Left Hand. However, to accomplish her mission, she has to assassinate Yuan Zhong (Liu Xueyi), the priest of the Youhu Clan.

However, the two fall in love as she comes to know him and team up to save the world. When a war between the gods and the demons breaks out, the miracle object falls into the mortal realm. As a result, Taihe and the other gods fall into a slumber that will last an eternity.

The White Olive Tree

This upcoming iQIYI Chinese drama follows the story of Song Ran (Liang Jie), a TV reporter from Liang City, who finds herself in trouble while conducting an interview in a dangerous region. However, an engineer, Li Zan (Chen Zheyuan), soon comes to her rescue.

Despite initial differences, their shared morals lead to them forming a bond and gradually falling in love. However, a bombing attack separates them. After returning to China, they meet by chance, and their romance resumes once again.

This upcoming drama, which stars Bai Lu, Ou Hao, Zhou Hai Kuo, and Zhai Zi Lu, is an adaptation of Xu Ze Chen’s Bei Shang. Set in the year 2000, it follows the arrival of a strange 10-year-old girl at Flower Street. She becomes the talk of the town because of her remarkable appearance.

After an accident causes Ma Si Yi’s (Vanda Margraf) brother and grandmother to die, she also disappears. Her childhood friends, who have always stood by her side, eventually leave their hometown for work or other reasons. After the sudden appearance of Ma Si Yi, the youngsters who grew up with her come back to their hometown once again. However, they face the pressures of life and are all in a state of confusion.

Snowy Night: Timeless Love

An adaptation of Cang Yue’s Seven Nights Snow, this 32-episode Chinese drama tells the story of Huo Zhan Bai ( Joseph Zeng ), a talented and unruly swordsman. Originally a disciple of the Tianshan Sect, Huo Zhan Bai meets Xue Zi Ye (Li Qin), the master of the Medicine Valley, while looking for medicine. Huo Zhan Bai gradually falls in love with Xue Zi Ye, and the two go from competing against each other to becoming close friends. However, due to their responsibilities, they are unable to confess their love.

Fangs of Fortune

Featuring Chen Du Ling, Tian Jia Rui, and Cheng Xiao in lead roles, the upcoming iQIYI fantasy Chinese drama is an adaptation of the renowned mythological text collection “Classic of Mountains and Seas.” The series revolves around the story of a terrifying and purposeless demonic entity, Zhu Yan or Zhao Yuan Zhou (Neo Hu), who terrorizes others. Although he wishes to die, he refuses to accept his fate. Rather, he strikes terror in the mortal realm. In the meantime, a group of youngsters meet by luck and form a pact to defeat this bloodthirsty demonic creature.

Moonlight Mystique

Moonlight Mystique follows the love story of Bai Shuo (Bai Lu) and Fan Yue (Ao Rui Peng). Bai Shuo is the youngest daughter of the General’s Mansion. In order to repay an old debt, she tries to obtain immortality. However, she unknowingly rescues the powerful demon god Fan Yue. At first, they seem to hate each other and try to manipulate the other for their own selfish reasons. But with time, they learn to understand their partner and gradually fall in love.
