ભારતની જી20 અધ્યક્ષતામાં 'वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम' या 'एक पृथ्वी एक परिवार एक भविष्य'ના વિષય હાલના વેપારી પડકારો માટે સંપૂર્ણ રીતે અનુકૂળ છે અને વ્યાપાર વિશ્વના પડકારોને પહોંચી વળવા માટે વિશ્વ માટે એક પ્લેટફોર્મ બનાવે છે..

G20ના કારોબાર સમૂહ બિઝનેસ 20 (B-20)ની પ્રથમ બેઠક ગાંધીનગરમાં 22 જાન્યુઆરીએ શરૂ થઈ ગઈ છે. 3 દિવસીય આ બેઠકમાં ભારતના ઉદ્યોગ જગતના દિગ્ગજ, નીતિ નિર્માતા, જી-20 દેશના વરિષ્ઠ અધિકારી સામેલ થઈ રહ્યા છે. ત્યારે ભારતની પાસે દુનિયાના સૌથી ધનિક દેશોના સમૂહ G20 ની અધ્યક્ષતા કરતા, B20 એટલે બિઝનેસ 20ની ચર્ચામાં ન માત્ર વૈશ્વિક વેપારના પડકારો સામે સામનો કરવાની તક છે પણ દુનિયાની પાસે પણ ભારતના અનુભવથી શીખ લઈને વૈશ્વિક વેપાર અવ્યવસ્થાઓને સુધારવાની એક મોટી તક છે.

હાલમાં કયા છે પડકારો?

1. વૈશ્વિક ટીમોનું સંચાલન.

જ્યારે એક આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય વેપાર કરવામાં આવે છે અને તે ઘણા દેશોમાં સંચાલિત થઈ રહ્યો હોય છે તો એવી પરિસ્થિતિમાં કંપનીઓને અલગ અલગ પૃષ્ઠભૂમિના કર્મચારીઓનો સામનો કરવો પડે છે. ભાષા, સંસ્કૃતિ અને સમય ઝોનમાં તફાવત હોવાને કારણે તે કર્મચારીઓનું સંચાલન કરવું ચોક્કસપણે એક મોટો પડકાર છે.

નિયમ અને નીતિઓ

કોઈ દેશના નિયમ અને નીતિઓ કોઈ કંપનીના પ્રદર્શનમાં મહત્વપૂર્ણ ભૂમિકા નિભાવે છે. શ્રમ કાયદા વગેરેથી સંબંધિત કોઈ પણ નવી નીતિ કંપનીના ખર્ચ પર સીધો પ્રભાવ પાડી શકે છે. આ પ્રકારે એક કંપની માટે આ મહત્વપૂર્ણ છે કે તે જે દેશનું સંચાલન કરી રહી છે. તેની રાજનીતિ અને નીતિઓનું પાલન કરે. દરેક દેશ માટે વિશિષ્ટ આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય કાયદાઓ અને નિયમો આયાત અને નિકાસ સહિત સમગ્ર વૈશ્વિક વેપારમાં વિવિધ પરિબળોને અસર કરે છે. આ જટિલતાઓને સમજવી અને સંબંધિત સપ્લાય ચેઈન મુદ્દાઓ માટે સંભવિત રૂપે એકાઉન્ટિંગ એ એક મોટો પડકાર બની શકે છે.

આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય નિયમનું પાલન

આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય સ્તર પર વ્યવસાયનો વિસ્તાર કરતા સમય પર પેરોલ અને રોજગાર કાયદાને સમજવો જરૂરી છે. ઘણા દેશોની સાથે કામ કરવાનો અર્થ છે અલગ અલગ વિવિધ વ્યવસાયના નિયમો, વ્યાપારી શુલ્ક, જરૂરિયાતો અને ટેક્સ દરો સાથેનો સામનો. જો કોઈ પણ કંપની કોઈ વિશેષ દેશના કાયદાઓનું પાલન કરવામાં નિષ્ફળ રહે તો આ નિરીક્ષણ તેમના વ્યવસાયના વિકાસને નકારાત્મક રીતે પ્રભાવિત કરી શકે છે અને કંપનીની અનુપાલન ફી, પ્રતિષ્ઠાને નુકસાન અને સંભવિત ફોજદારી આરોપો પર ખર્ચ થઈ શકે છે.

પર્યાવરણની ચિંતાઓ અને સ્થિરતા

જલવાયુ પરિવર્તન દરરોજ આપણને પ્રભાવિત કરે છે. ગ્લોબલ વોર્મિગ અને અન્ય પર્યાવરણીય મુદ્દાની સાથે દરેકના મગજમાં આ સૌથી આગળ છે. તે જરૂરી છે કે આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય વ્યવસાયો સહિત દરેક કંપની સતત ટકાઉપણું માટે મહત્તમ પ્રયત્નો કરે. વૈશ્વિક બજારમાં કોઈની પણ જગ્યા સુનિશ્ચિત કરવા માટે કંપનીને સૌથી વધારે પર્યાવરણ અનુકુળ, ટકાઉ વ્યવસાય પ્રથાઓને રણનીતિક અને અમલીકરણ કરવું પડશે.

ભારતના નેતૃત્વમાં સમાધાન કેવી રીતે શક્ય?

ભારત દ્વારા ઓળખ કરવામાં આવેલી પ્રાથમિકતાઓ દુનિયાની સામે હાજર મહત્વપૂર્ણ મુદ્દાઓનું પ્રતિનિધિત્વ કરે છે. જી20 દેશની વચ્ચે સૌથી ઝડપી વધતી અર્થવ્યવસ્થા તરીકે ભારતે વેપાર અને રોકાણ અને ડિજિટલીકરણ જેવા વિસ્તારમાં એક ઉલ્લેખનીય છાપ છોડી છે.

The G20 Summit is important as it serves as a platform for the leaders of the world's largest economies to collaborate on pressing global matters. 

At the G20 Summit, leaders exchange ideas, deliberate on policy solutions, and coordinate efforts to tackle various global challenges, encompassing economic issues like recessions, trade, and investments, as well as social concerns like poverty, inequality, and climate change.

Importance of India’s G20 Summit Presidency 2023

G20 is the premier forum for international economic cooperation representing around 85% of the global GDP, over 75% of the global trade, and about two-thirds of the world population.

• શીર્ષકના આધારે તેના મુદાઓની નોંધ કર્યા પછી કયા મુદ્દાને કેટલો અને કેવી રીતે વિસ્તારવો છે તેનું મનન કરવું જોઈએ.
• મુદ્દાને અનુરૂપ અને વિષયને સંગત હોય તેવા અવતરણો, કહેવતો, રૂઢિપ્રયોગો, ગુજરાતી કે અન્ય જાણીતી ભાષાની પંક્તિઓ, સુભાષિતો, વગેરેનો ઉપયોગ નિબંધમાં કરવા જોઈએ, નિબંધના મુદાઓમાં અલગ-અલગ સ્થાને તે મુકાય; એકસાથે બધી જ પંક્તિઓ એક જ મુદામાં ન લખાય તેની સાવધાની રાખવી જોઈએ.
• વાક્યો અતિશય લાંબો ન થાય તેનો લખતી વખતે ખાસ ખ્યાલ રાખવો.
• પરિચ્છેદની સપ્રમાણતા જળવાઈ રહે તેવી કાળજી કરવી, અને
• વિરામચિહ્નોનો યોગ્ય ઉપયોગ થાય, અનુસ્વાર, જોડણી વગેરે પણ યોગ્ય રીતે લખાય તેની ખાસ કાળજી રાખવી.
• નિબંધનો પ્રથમ મુદ્દો પ્રસ્તાવના અને છેલ્લે મુદ્દો ઉપસંહાર યોગ્ય રીતે લખાય તે ખાસ જોવું. નિબંધના થોડા નમુનાઓ જોઈ જવાથી આ કુશળતા આવી જશે.
• કાગળમાં યોગ્ય હાંસિયો રખાય, મુદાઓ લખવામાં થોડા મોટા અક્ષર લખાય, ફકરા-પરિચ્છેદની શરૂઆતમાં યોગ્ય જગ્યા છોડાય અને પ્રત્યેક પેટા મુદાને અંતે ગુરુવિરામ મુકાય તે પણ ખાસ જોવું.
• પરીક્ષામાં પુછાતા નિબંધો વિદ્યાર્થીની વય-કક્ષા અને અનુભવ જગતને ધ્યાને રાખીને જ પુછાય છે, એટલે ‘શીર્ષક’ ઉપર થોડું મનન કરવાથી તે વિષય-નિરૂપણ માટેના મુદ્દાઓ અને રજૂઆતના શબ્દો અવશ્ય મળી આવે છે, પણ હા, એ માટે અગાઉ થોડા નિબંધો જોઈ જવા જરૂરી ગણાય.
• નિબંધ પૂરેપૂરો લખાઈ જાય પછી તેને ઓછામાં ઓછા એક વખત અવશ્ય વાંચી જવો જોઈએ, જેથી તેમાં રહેલી નાની પણ જરૂરી ક્ષતિઓ સુધારી શકાય છે
• સારું લખાણ લખવા માટે રોજબરોજની વૈશ્વિક, રાષ્ટ્રીય, પ્રાદેશિક અને આજુબાજુની મહત્ત્વની ઘટનાઓ વિશે જાણકારી પ્રાપ્ત થતી રહેવી જોઈએ. એ માટે વર્તમાનપત્રો, સામયિકો, સમાચારો સાથે નાતો જોડવો-જોડી રાખવો જોઈએ.

• તમે પહેલાં નક્કી કરો કે તમે કયા પ્રકારનો નિબંધ વધુ સારી રીતે લખી શકો. તમને ખ્યાલ તો હશે જ કે નિબંધ વિવિધ પ્રકારના હોય છે. પ્રકૃતિવિષયક, માહિતીપ્રધાન, ઘટનાપ્રધાન, ચિંતનપ્રધાન, આત્મકથા - જેવા નિબંધો લખવાના થતા હોય છે.
• તમે જે નિબંધ લખવા માંગો છો તેમાં કઈ વીગતો આવી શકે, તે વિચારો અને નોંધો. તેના મુદ્દા તારવો. આ મુદ્દાની કાચી યાદી બનાવો. ત્યાર બાદ મુદ્દાની ક્રમિકતા નક્કી કરો. કયો મુદો પહેલા લેવાથી તમારો નિબંધ વધુ ચુસ્ત બનશે અને લખાણ વધુ પ્રવાહી લાગશે.
• તમે સમાનાર્થી શબ્દો, વિરુદ્ધાર્થ શબ્દો, રૂઢિપ્રયોગ, કહેવત, દુહાઓ વગેરેનો અભ્યાસ કર્યો છે. તેનો ઉપયોગ કરો અને તમારા લખાણને વધુ સચોટ અને અસરકારક બનાવો.
• પસંદ કરેલા નિબંધ અનુસાર તમારી ભાષા હોવી જોઈએ.
• જો તમે પ્રકૃતિવર્ણનનો વિષય પસંદ કર્યો હોય તો તેમાં પ્રકૃતિનું દૃશ્ય નજર સામે ઊભું થઈ જાય તેવું, સૂક્ષ્મ વીગતો સાથે વર્ણન કરવું જોઈએ. પ્રકૃતિના રમ્ય - રૌદ્ર રૂપની વાત કરતી વખતે તેને માનવસ્વભાવની સંકુલતા સાથે પણ સાંકળી શકાય. પ્રકૃતિ મન - હૃદયને સ્પર્શતી હોય છે. તેથી તેમાં પ્રયોજાયેલાં ભાવવાચક, ઉદ્ગારવાચક વાક્યો પણ નિબંધને વધુ હૃદયસ્પર્શી બનાવી શકે.
• જો તમે માહિતીપ્રધાન નિબંધ લખવા માગતા હોવ તો તમારી પાસે મુદાઓને અનુરૂપ માહિતી હોવી જોઈએ. જરૂરી પરિભાષા, તેના લાભ-ગેરલાભ અંગે અથવા પક્ષ-વિપક્ષ અંગેની માહિતી, તેનાં કારણો, ઉપાયો વગેરે જેવી વીગતો સમાવી લેવી જોઈએ.
• ઘટનાપ્રધાન નિબંધ લખવા માગતા હોવ તો એ ઘટનાનું તમારે મન શું મહત્ત્વ છે, વ્યક્તિગત અથવા સામાજિક સંદર્ભોમાં એ ઘટના વિશેષ છે ? તમારા મનમાં રોપાયેલી ઘટના વાચનારના મનમાં રોપાય તેવું વર્ણન ઘટનાપ્રધાન નિબંધને આસ્વાદ્ય બનાવી શકે.
• જો તમારે આત્મનાત્મક નિબંધ લખવો હોય તો તમે વિચારી જુઓ કે તમને કેવી વાત સાંભળવામાં રસ પડી શકે? કોઈ પોતાની આત્મકથા કહે તો કોણ સાંભળ. ક્યારે સાંભળે? તેથી આ પ્રકારના નિબંધમાં બોલચાલની લઢણ નિબંધને આકર્ષક બનાવી શકે. વળી, જે પોતાના જીવનના અંતિમ તબક્કામાં હોય, તે પોતાના જીવનના સારરૂપ કોઈ સંદેશ આપે, તેથી કોઈ પણ આત્મકથા જે જીવનસંદેશ આપતી હોય તો તેનું મહત્ત્વ હોય.
